  • How do I exchange an item?
    If the item has been purchased in store, please bring the item back along with the receipt and we will handle the transaction in store. If you made a purchase online, please email us with your inquiry and recepit. We will contact you via email on a return authorization.
  • How do I track my order?
    Upon completion of your order, you will be emailed with your tracking number provided by UPS Ground. If your tracking number is invalid, please call us so we can assist you.
  • Can I return my decorated item?
    When it comes to decorated product, we do not generally accept returns. Our items descriptions and sizing charts are listed with each product, as wellas on our Order My Gear Stores. However this does not mean we cannot do anything for you. Please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution.
  • When are my backorders due to be shipped?
    On inventory items a projected ship date is available. On vendor items, we must call the vendor and request a potential ship date. An estimated ship date will be shown to you on this website. This estimated ship date may be subject to change.
